2006 Construction Cost Change Review
Assessment Services Branch has received estimated quarterly and annual construction cost changes that various contracted engineering firms have provided to the Ministry for regulated industrial properties. In addition, the Ministry would like to inform stakeholders about the process of developing the construction cost changes including the terms of reference given to the contracted engineering firms.
As part of this process, we are asking for stakeholder feedback on the proposed construction cost changes. We will be using this feedback to finalize recommendations to the Minister for the 2006 Assessment Year Modifiers.
