MGB Board Order Search

Please Note:  Written decisions of the MGB that have been Rescinded or Quashed are not available as they no longer exist. 

Due to technical difficulties with the Board Order Search feature of the MGB website you may find that after executing your search criteria you receive limited or no results, please contact our office and we will be happy to provide the information required.  The MGB is in the process of resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Municipal Government Board Orders are decisions made by the MGB on appeals, complaints and disputes in the areas of assessment, planning and other matters. The MGB Board Orders in the database are from January 1995 to the present date. MGB Board Orders prior to 1995 may no longer be available. Pre-1995 Board Orders, if available, may take up to one week to obtain from storage in off-site locations. Please contact the MGB office at (780) 427 - 4864 for further information.

Two search options are now available. The "Word" search feature allows you to identify the specific order(s) you are seeking by simply typing a word or a series of words in the box provided.

The word search is upper/lower case sensitive. The search engine will automatically bring up a summary of the order(s) in which that word is located for all MGB Board Orders contained in the database. Below, you are allowed to search by subject matter, property type, MGB Board Order number, or by the parties involved in the appeal. Enter only the information of which you are certain , the rest can be left blank. The more information you know, the more targeted your results will be.
